3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

Our service operates on a credit-based system. New users receive 10 free credits. Each signature generation uses 10 credits. Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing page.

4.2 Purchases

All purchases are processed securely through Polar. By making a purchase, you agree to Polar's terms of service. All sales are final, and credits are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.3 Credit Expiration

Purchased credits do not expire and remain available as long as your account is active.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Create signatures containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Create signatures for spam or phishing purposes

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated signatures), is owned by Email Signature Generator and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the information you provide to create signatures. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process this information for the purpose of generating your signatures.

6.3 Generated Signatures

You own the signatures generated for you and may use them freely for personal or business purposes.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our signatures are generated using AI technology. While we strive for high quality:

• We do not guarantee that generated content will meet all your requirements
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing signatures before use
• AI-generated designs may occasionally require manual adjustments

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
